How this works

One lesson is selected for each day, counting from the day you first opened the app. Use Prev, Next, the day box, or the arrow keys to move; Today returns to the current day.

Mark practiced records that you acted on a lesson, and the top bar shows how many you have practiced. Your reflection saves automatically on this device as you type, and the Save button confirms it.

Import notes and Export my edits move your edited notes in and out as plain [Day N] text blocks.
